These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Dobbs Exterior Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

All services are subject to a quotation provided prior to work commencing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes from the original quotation.

Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the areas requiring cleaning. We may need access to an outside tap for water supply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payments.

Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

Liability

Dobbs Exterior Cleaning is fully insured. We will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that become apparent during cleaning.

Weather

Some services may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available opportunity at no extra cost.
